The mission of the GVCC Healthcare Council is to educate our members, the business community, consumers, and government representatives alike. Our goals 1) reduce employee absentee costs and increase wokers productivity while limiting overall healthcare costs. 2) increase awareness among the communities around us of our services and our committment to better healthcare.
Anyone in any sector of the healthcare industry is welcome to attend our meetings held the third Friday each month starting at 8:15 am. The Healthcare Council also hosts an annual forum in the spring and a health fair in the fall.
